WHAT PARTICIPANTS SAY
"For the first time I actually feel totally alive and excited… I was ashamed and numb for so long. There is literally a 'before ReScripting' and 'after ReScripting.'"
"My wife and I have made significant progress with intimacy. I highly recommend any individual or couple recovering from purity culture to take advantage of this resource."
"It was a safe space to ask the questions you were too scared to ask. Tying this into personal values was where things really clicked for me."
WHAT'S INSIDE
8 modules of therapist-led teaching on how your sexual script was formed and how to rewrite it
43 pages of guided exercises — the same tools used with real therapy clients
Periodic live processing + Q&A sessions for real-time support and integration
Education on desire, arousal, and anatomy — the sex-ed you actually deserved
Frameworks for understanding shame and conditioning and how they live in the body
Tools grounded in your personal values — not a one-size-fits-all script
Script Formation: In this module, we explore how your sexual beliefs were formed long before you had any say in the matter. We look at the role of history, culture, religion, and early messaging in shaping the way you think, feel, and respond to sexuality today — and why that context matters more than most people realize.
Naming shame and trauma - Shame is not just an emotion — it lives in the body and shapes behavior in ways we often don't recognize. In this module, we identify where sexual shame comes from, how it shows up in your life and relationships, and begin the gentle process of unburdening what was never yours to carry.
The Sex-Ed You Deserve: Most of us received incomplete, inaccurate, or entirely absent sex education. This module fills in the gaps — covering anatomy, the arousal system, and common sexual functioning concerns in a way that is honest, grounded, and completely non-shaming.
The Science of Desire - Desire is not random, broken, or a moral indicator — it is shaped. In this module, we explore the difference between spontaneous and responsive desire, what psychological factors influence your experience of wanting, and why inconsistency in desire makes complete sense.
Values - Your values matter — and they don't have to be in conflict with your sexuality. In this module, we do the work of translating your real, lived values into the erotic space, moving away from inherited or rigid rules and toward a personal framework that actually fits who you are.
Expanding Your Sexual Horizon - This module broadens the conversation. We cover sexual vocabulary, an honest look at kink, neurodivergence and sexuality, how sexuality shifts across the lifespan, and the role of fantasy in a healthy sexual life — including a practical tool for identifying what you actually want.
Rewriting the Script - This is where the shift becomes tangible. We look back at what has changed, identify new beliefs that are emerging, and begin the practical work of applying what you've learned — integrating new patterns into your real life and real relationships.
Relational Integration & Living Forward - Healing doesn't end when the program does. In this final module, we focus on sustainability — how to apply this work in your relationships, communicate what you're learning, raise the next generation without the baggage, and continue moving forward with clarity, agency, and freedom.
